Sunday, rest.

Today, Mostly skills training:

  • Overhead squats up to 135 lbs
    • Lots of warm-up, some on inverted-wobbly-ball-thing
    • 11 @ 95 lbs
    • 6 @ 115 lbs
    • 4 @ 135 lbs
  • Handstand push-ups

  • Hang power cleans

Sauna.
ahhh…..
Weight: 201- but I expect that come down again this week. I weigh heavy on Mondays.
Diet: Not good this weekend. Too much super bowl food – other than that, still lotsa fruit and meat – staying away from too many concentrated carb sources.
