<p>CrossFit No Excuses, a CrossFit box in Suwanee, Georgia, offered up a CrossFit challenge during a local 5K/10K.</p>
<p>The format:</p>
<ul>
<li>100 pull-ups</li>
<li>run a mile</li>
<li>100 push-ups (lift hand standard)</li>
<li>run a mile</li>
<li>100 situps</li>
<li>run a mile</li>
<li>100 squats</li>
<li>sprint .1 to the finish</li>
</ul>
<p>Yours truly scored a second place overall finish, &#8230;but I swear I was third.</p>
<p>Oh well.</p>

<p>As RX&#8217;d.</p>
<p>Again, Jay continues to work through kippings, so there&#8217;s a lot of jumping pull-ups goin&#8217; on for him. I have the kips down, but fall apart after 50 and my reps become chopped up terribly.</p>
<p>I continue to struggle with push-ups, breaking them into sets of ten, and sets of 5 or less by time I reach 50 or 60 or so.</p>
<p>Once Jay learns kippings, I&#8217;m screwed.</p>
